SLOADO invites anyone who might have information that is possibly relevant to its investigations into doping in sport to confidentially contact SLOADO. 



SLOADO’s Stamp Out Doping online form is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week for anyone to confidentially report suspicious doping activity. 



SLOADO will treat any information it receives with the utmost care for privacy and anonymity, while at the same time thoroughly investigating any allegations regarding doping in sport. You are not required to provide contact details or identifying information. However, you may provide these if you would like SLOADO to contact you.

If it is possible please provide as much information as possible regarding:

• Who was involved in the doping activity? (athlete, team, coach, support personnel, medical or any other person) 
• Names of person/persons involved? 
• What was the doping activity? 
• What drugs or substances were involved? 
• And/or what method was used? 
• When and where did this take place? 
• Did you see this activity yourself? 
• Did you hear about it from someone else? 

All information is important and the more detail you provide about the incident the better.

SLOADO may need to follow up on information you have provided. If you are okay with being contacted, please provide contact details. If you do not provide these details, you will remain completely anonymous.

SLOADO legislation ensures that all information you provide, and your personal details, are treated with the strictest confidence.
